Exciting News!
Enfys homes have now entered contract with Lovell for the construction of 91 Homes in the popular market town of Narberth.
This will mark an exciting milestone in Enfys Homes’ journey as the first mix tenure site to be delivered.
The development will consist of 51 homes for open market sale, 12 for affordable sale (through Own Home Cymru), and 28 homes for social rent.
Market homes will be a range of 2, 3 & 4 bedroom houses and bungalows.
Lovell aim to start on site by Autumn 2025.
