We’ve partnered with Keepmoat Homes to build eight new homes available through Own Home Cymru at the site in Deeside, Flintshire.
Own Home Cymru is our product to help first time buyers to get on to the property ladder with as little as a 0% deposit (subject to lenders criteria and credit checks).
Just three plots remain at Dee Gardens with five already snapped up since they went on sale at the end of 2024.
The finishing touches are being applied to the properties already sold and we’re looking forward to handing over the keys to these in the next few weeks.
